About
I like problems
without obvious answers.
I work between product and engineering. Depending on what a project needs, that means market and competitor research, understanding the user's problem, defining the product, writing the requirements, UX and UI, technical design, implementation, testing, QA, release, leading the team, and improving what shipped.
I move between the big picture and the small detail. I try to see the structure of a problem and the cause behind it, then turn it into something a person can use without thinking about it. I notice small things in a UI that feel wrong, and I dislike friction that does not need to be there.
I don't care much where product ends and engineering begins. I care whether the product works, and whether using it feels obvious.
How I work
I don't care much
where product ends
and engineering begins.
I care whether the product works, and whether using it feels obvious.
- 01 Understand The business, the users, the problem.
- 02 Shape Turn ambiguity into a product.
- 03 Build Design, engineering, testing.
- 04 Use Use it myself, every day. Look for what feels wrong.
- 05 Improve Break it if needed. Rebuild it simpler.
Principles
- Zoom out. Understand the complex thing as a whole.
- Zoom in. Find the real problem, not the loud one.
- Remove the friction. Cut what does not need to be there.
- Ship. Actually build it. Put it in front of people.
- Look again. Use it. If something feels wrong, think again.
